Une fois l'épave enlevée à Saint-Quentin, elle part vers un centre VHU agréé partenaire qui réalise la dépollution, le recyclage et la destruction complète. C'est ce centre qui déclare la destruction à l'administration, pas Manocar. Ce process couvre tout l'Aisne, depuis la Rue de Plaisance jusqu'aux communes alentour. Pour un enlèvement d'épave dans le 02, l'organisation est rodée : l'épaviste se charge du transport, le centre VHU du reste.
